Additionally, you will have the option to choose whether a copy of the incoming e-mails will remain on our servers or not. The advantage of this option is basically that you will always have a copy on your server if something occurs with the other mailbox or if perhaps it's not active for reasons unknown at the time an email message is forwarded. When the feature not active, an email will be received, forwarded and removed from our servers no matter if the remote e-mail is functioning or not, so it can be quite a wise decision to have it enabled just to be on the safe side.
